Ok, we know we're strictly pro-butter, but we had to have a low-fat cookie so we could say we have a low-fat cookie. It's chewy, substantial, satisfying and a staff favorite. It's also darn good. Who cares if it's low fat!

Aptly named, these globs of decadence could very well bring you to your knees. Our Caramel Blackout starts with a bed of buttery chocolate shortbread nicely topped off with caramel and our homemade marshmallow. It's cousin, the Peanut Butter Caramallow is made with a brown sugar shortbread, layered with caramel, peanut butter cream and marshmallow. A dunking in chocolate nicely gilds these two lilies. Both are a textural joyride, so hit the gas!

These are an amazing marriage of two moist and chocolatey cakey cookies with homemade marshmallow fluff nicely sandwiched in between. We really didn't need to dip half of the cookie in chocolate... so we did!
